“No! Why would you ask such a thing? We are not Sukarains!” I could feel that he was truly upset over this.
“I know, I was just kidding. It’s just I have never seen a bed so big before.” I smiled. I was still so nervous because I was so out of my league.
“I would love to have seen where you lived on Earth. I keep looking around hoping that everything is Ok, and is not below what you’re used to.” I’m glad I didn’t have anything in my mouth because he would be soaked by now. I snorted instead as I burst out laughing.
“Seriously, you’re worried that this isn’t good enough?” I focused on what he was feeling and realized with a start that he truly was worried. Oh My God! How could he possibly think this wasn’t good enough for anyone? I would bet that even the ultra-rich on Earth didn’t have anything as nice or grand as this.
“Come, and I will show you the cleansing room.” He led me to yet another room off from the Sleeping Chamber. As we entered in, my head was spinning. It was large and had a huge wading pool that took up half the room. By Earth standards, it would be about thirty-five feet long and twenty feet wide. It had a waterfall on one side, but I had no idea where the water was coming from. I slowly walked over and found the water was warm. I’m not sure how deep it was in the middle, but I was going to find out soon. It was amazing and I couldn’t stop staring at it.
“Pakhi, I have never seen anything like this before. I love it! Can we use it now?” I looked back over my shoulder at him.
“We need to meet my mother and father for second meal, but we can use it as soon as we get back.” I would give up my food for the whole day to get into this thing, but I needed to be respectful.
“Ok, I guess I’m ready. I don’t need to see anymore because I know there is nothing that can top this cleansing room. I love to swim, and now it’s like I have my own heated pool!”
We sat in front of King Jahiem and Queen Alessandra. They were both just staring at me and I was about to lose my temper. That happens sometimes when I get so uncomfortable that I have to have an outlet. Some people shake, some cry, but I get mad. Pakhi must have felt that I was about to blow my fuse, as he broke the silence. “Mother, Father, could you both stop staring at her like that, you are making her upset.” They both looked at him, and then back to me. Queen Alessandra finally spoke.
“I’m sorry dear; you’re just so beautiful, and different. I didn’t mean to make you uncomfortable.” She smiled and I found myself relaxing a little.
“You are most unusual, but beautiful. We are so pleased that Pakhi found his mate, found you.” I looked at King Jahiem as he spoke and found his face softened. He looked more like a loving father than a King.
“Is Algie joining us?” Pakhi asked his father.
“No, he is still busy on the Chandra. He hopes to join us for last meal.” He answered and then looked back to me.
We ate in silence for the most part. The food was good. It tasted it a little different, but it was steak and potatoes. It just came from something other than a cow. If I didn’t look at it, I probably wouldn’t know the difference.
I noticed many yellow people sneaking glances at me. They didn’t look happy that I was here, but I hope Pakhi didn’t try to keep me in our rooms again. I would not be a prisoner anymore, although, staying in that pool didn’t seem like a bad idea.

Chapter 11
As we sat eating, I could feel the hostile emotions coming from the servants. I wish I could figure out if they didn’t like Adriana, or they didn’t like me having a mate. Probably the latter if the Rahu wanted to take over and rule this quadrant. I could feel that Adriana had noticed their feelings and knew she wouldn’t take confinement well. It was hard enough on the Chandra, but this was her home. I would just have to take extra precautions.
“Do you feel that father?”
“Yes I do. I am sorry my son. Now that you are here, I understand what you must have dealt with. I’m afraid if we send them all away right now, we would have a war on our hands.”
“This will be tricky. We will have to be vigilant and weed out the ones that wish to overthrow us. Without my mate, they must have thought our species would just die out.”
“Your mate is beautiful. I hope that Algie, and the many other males will now have a chance to find theirs. Did you find the coordinates to her planet?”
“Yes, but it will take one standard year to get there. The Agrarians are using an unstable wormhole. It only takes them about one standard week, but they probably loose half of their ships.”
“One standard year is a long time, but I agree that the wormhole is not an option. However, for mates, two standard years is worth it. We will have to send several ships spaced out so every six standard months a ship arrives back home.”
“I agree. This is the answer we’ve been waiting on father.” I smiled at him. This was truly a time to celebrate. “I think Adriana is feeling stressed over the silence.”
“How is your food Adriana? Is it like your Earth food?” Queen Alessandra asked with curiosity.
“It’s really good Queen Alessandra…”
“Please, just call me Alessandra or mother.”
“It’s really good Alessandra, thank you.” There was no way I could ever call anyone else mother. I have a mother who is probably worried sick about me. “We do have similar foods, but of course it’s from different animals. What I really miss is Pizza.” My mouth was watering just thinking about it.
“What is Pizza? Maybe we could fix it here?”
“Maybe, its round flat bread with sauce, lots of vegetables, and cheese on top. When you take a bite, the cheese stretches and it’s just gooey goodness.” I smiled as I was caught up in the memory of eating pizza. When the memory faded, I looked around and saw three sets of eyes staring at me with amusement. “Anyway, I doubt we could fix it here.”
“I don’t know what that would taste like, but after feeling what you felt while talking about, I think I would like to try it.” Pakhi laughed as he said it. I was thoroughly embarrassed.
We finished eating and as the Rahu removed our plates, they would give me brief hostile glances. I was ready to leave.
“Are you ready to leave Adriana?” My dear mate asked. He must have read my mind, or feelings. I chuckled to myself.
“I am.” I turned to his parents. “It was very nice to meet the both of you.” They smiled and nodded as we took our leave.
Back in our living quarters, all I could think about was that wading pool. I wanted to submerge my body in water and just feel it surround me. Sure, I had showers while on the Chandra, but I was always a bath person. As I started to undress, I was unaware of Pakhi standing there staring at me. I walked into the cleansing room and stepped into the water. “OH, this feels so good.” I practically moaned as I closed my eyes. I dunked my head under the water and then came up to float on my back. I was in heaven.
As I lay in the pool floating on my back, I didn’t notice when Pakhi entered the water. He made his way over to me, and leaned down to kiss my lips. Ok, now I was in heaven. He placed his hands under my back to help hold me in place as his lips slowly kissed my neck. He moved over to my ear and whispered how much he loved me, then traveled further south. He suckled one breast before moving to the other. The feel of his mouth on me made my core wet. He picked me up and moved us to the side of the wading pool.
“Tell me what you want me to do Adriana?” He asked as he laid me down. I noticed he had spread out a thick blanket at some point.
“I want you to go down on me.” I said as I spread my legs wide. He may not have understood the words, but with my legs spread, he certainly knew what I wanted.
“As you wish,” He said with a husky tone. He was just as turned on as I was. As he moved back to the wading pool, he positioned me so I was laying on the side with my legs dangling in the water. He entered the water and spread my legs so he was in-between them. His hands were on my sides and he slid them up and down m
y body. He lowered his head and licked my pussy. I arched my hips as he grabbed my thighs and pushed them farther apart. He used his tongue to part my nether lips, and then plunged it in as deep as he could. Oh God! He was tongue fucking me and it felt like I was coming apart. His thumb found its way to my clit, and I lost it. My hips, my whole body started jerking as I yelled his name.
“Now Pakhi! Fuck me now!” I was on fire and I needed him inside me. I didn’t have to ask him twice as he stood up in the wade pool and yanked my hips closer. His cock entered me in one long hard thrust. He felt so good as he filled me completely. He grunted with every thrust as he gave me everything he had. I loved making love, but I also loved it rough. It didn’t take long for me to reach my peak, and I felt like I was flying. I heard him grunt one last time when he thrust hard and then yelled. I could feel his seed as he came inside me.
“I love this wade pool!” He laughed, and so did I. I was very relaxed. He carried me back into the pool, and we sat near the side. I hadn’t even noticed the ledge that lined the edge just underneath the water. We let our legs float up as we held hands and talked.
“My parents love you.” He said as he looked at our hands and smiled. “They were afraid I would always be alone, but they love you for you, not because you’re my mate.”
“Thank you for that. I was so nervous when I met them. Eliana had such a hard time with Zahin’s parents, I was afraid yours wouldn’t approve of me either.”
“I knew they would love you, but nothing I said would convince you of that.”
“My family would love you. My two sisters would be all over Algie and Cedrick.” I laughed. “It would be funny to watch knowing that they wouldn’t respond to them unless they were mates.” I was really laughing now. “Could you imagine watching my sisters flirt their asses off, and getting nowhere?”
“Adriana. I don’t mind you using that language when it is just us, but please don’t fall back into the habit. Mother and father really wouldn’t approve. As for your sisters, I wonder if one of them could be Algie’s mate.”
“Are you serious? You think one of them could be his mate?”
“Maybe, I don’t know. Let’s wash up and get out. I want to show you more of the palace.”
Pakhi
I showed Adriana around the palace, although it was difficult. Everyone we passed from Rahu had mixed feelings about her. Some had feelings of dislike while others were bordering on hate. I took note of everyone with extreme emotions toward her.
“Would you like to visit the market tomorrow? She looked at me with wide eyes, and I had to chuckle. I could feel her joy.
“Yes! What kind of things do they sell?”
“Everything! You can get clothes, jewelry, even food. We’ll leave early, and I will take you out to eat second meal if you like.”
“Like a date!” She squealed.
“What’s a date?”
“It’s an Earth thing. When a male and female like each other, they go places to spend time together. They will date for a while, and if they fall in love, they get married.”
“Then it’s a date, even though were already mated.” I laughed.
The next standard day, we left for the market. I had Cassic bring around the carriage. I thought this way of travel would allow Adriana to see more of Santar. We didn’t use this mode of travel often because we didn’t need to.
“What are these?” She asked as she went to pet the animals.
“They are called Yorks. We use them to pull the carriages when we need to. They are gentle creatures.”
“They look a lot like horses back home, except they are much bigger and have a much flatter face.” She kept petting the side of their face and they loved it, as they would turn their heads into her hand.
“Are you ready?” I helped her into the carriage.
The market was booming with people and stalls full of merchandise. Everyone was watching us, and for the first time I felt uncomfortable. I was used to coming to the market from time to time by myself. Now I had Adriana to think about, and there were many Rahu people here with hostile feelings. “Algie, can you and Cedrick meet us at the marketplace?”
“We are on our way. What’s happening?” Algie asked as he and Cedrick were suddenly there.
“The Rahu are not happy that I have a mate. Can you feel it?”
“Yes, I can. I don’t think you should take her anywhere else by yourself. I’m not sure it’s safe.”
“I agree Algie.”
Adriana
Chapter 12
I heard Pakhi talking with Algie, and I could feel how worried he was. I couldn’t pick up on other people’s emotions, I could just read their expressions. I already knew they were not happy I was here. I also knew it was just the yellow people that felt this way.
I saw a stall full of jewelry, and I wanted to check it out. I have always loved jewelry; I just didn’t wear it often. Pakhi and Algie were talking, so I made my way over by myself. I would still be in his sight, and if I needed anything, I could just call to him.
The male in the booth was very nice. I thought he would be because he was Santarian. I looked at all the different jewelry. The one thing I did wear was earrings, but I didn’t see any. “Excuse me sir, do you have any earrings?” The male looked about Pakhi’s age, and of course, he was muscular. He walked my way and smiled.
“I’m sorry; I don’t think I have any earrings. If you tell me what it is then I might be able to make you some.” Of course, they didn’t know what they were. Only the human race would stick something sharp into their skin.
“I’m not sure how to explain it. See my ear, there is a tiny hole in it.” As he studied my it, I saw understanding cross his face.
“Ah, I think I understand. Pick out something you like and I will solder a piece of thin metal to it.” I smiled because he did understand.
“I will also need something to go on the back to keep it from falling out.”
“I’m sure I can find something.” He was a nice male. I looked at his stones and found two that caught my eye. They were green with veins of red running through them. I’d never seen anything like them on Earth, so that’s the ones I chose.
“I like these, but I don’t know how expensive they are.” I didn’t hear Pakhi walk up behind me.
“Whatever she wants Phalak.”
“Yes Prince Pakhi.” He bowed his head.
“We will return after second meal to collect her items.”
Pakhi, along with Algie and Cedrick and me made our way to an eating establishment. I didn’t know what they were called here, but it was the same as a restaurant back home. As we entered, it was hard to pretend that nobody was looking at me. I tried to focus on Pakhi, Algie and Cedrick.
“It’s been a while Pakhi, how have you been?” An older gentlemen asked as he brought us food and something to eat. Huh, I guess they didn’t order here.
“I’ve been good Zarir. How have you been?” He asked as I sat listening to the exchange.
“I’ve been good. Who have you brought with you? I’ve never seen her kind before.”
“This is Adriana. She’s human, and she’s my mate.” He replied with a smile.
“Your mate, Well this is very good news. I am happy for you and your family.” The older gentleman patted Pakhi on the back. We ate our food, which was delicious, then headed back to collect my earrings. I couldn’t wait to get them.
Back at the stall, I left Pakhi and the others outside while I went in to collect my earrings. Phalak was there waiting on me. He smiled when he spotted me coming. “How did they turn out?”
“Well, I guess I need you to answer that question. They look very strange to me.” He held out the earrings for me to inspect them. They were perfect, a wide smile split my face. I put one in and then the other.
“How do they look?” I asked him as he inspected is work.
“Amazing, I would never thought to make jewelry like that.” He said, as he looked my ear over. He e
ven checked the back to make sure it wasn’t too long.
I was looking at some other jewelry when I heard a loud noise. I looked up just in time to see Phalak hit the ground. I didn’t hear anyone behind me when someone put a cloth over my face. I was out instantly.
Pakhi
Adriana was so excited to get her jewelry, she practically ran to the stall. I waited outside with Algie and Cedrick. I kept scanning the area as feelings were running high. “Algie, do you feel that?”
“I do. What do you think it means?”
“I don’t know. It feels like a mixture of hate and joy. Those are strange emotions to have together. I think we should head back to the palace when Adriana is finished.”
“I agree. I never expected that finding my mate would cause so many problems. We would never have known how the Rahu truly felt.” It was taking Adriana a long time and we needed to go. “I’m going to get Adriana. She’s been in there long enough.” I left Algie and Cedrick to guard the outside.
When I entered the stall, I found Phalak on the ground and Adriana missing. “Adriana, where are you? Adriana?” I was about to panic as I couldn’t feel anything from her either. “Algie, Adriana is missing. You and Cedrick start searching.” I knelt down next to Phalak and tried to wake him. He moaned as his hand came up to his head. “Phalak, what happened? Where’s Adriana?” He opened his eyes as he kept rubbing his head.
“She was trying her jewelry on when someone hit me from behind. Right before I went down, I saw a Rahu behind her. I’m sorry Prince Pakhi, I couldn’t stop it.” Now I was panicking. I had to find her.
